Planning application going to committee

08 Nov 2016

Thank you all for your patience whilst the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) has been considering the planning application for the redevelopment of the Sutton Estate.

We have now received confirmation from RBKC that the council's planning committee will be considering the planning application on Tuesday 15th November. We are aware of how long the journey to committee has been and we understand the frustration over the delay. application to redevelop the Sutton Estate.

Although RBKC Officers have recommended that the planning committee refuse permission for the redevelopment, if you want to fight for your future larger homes, more open space and brand new community centre then please join us at the coffee morning we are hosting at 10.30am this Thursday (10th November) at J/K Lounge or contact Natalie or Alecia who would be happy to let you know how you can get involved with the application in the run-up to committee. It is now more important than ever that you make your views known. Conveying how important the redevelopment is can only be done by you as Sutton Estate residents.

Come and join us for a cup of tea, cake and a chat on Thursday 10th November 10.30am, Sheltered Lounge J/K

Please contact Alecia on 0207 589 9049 or Natalie on 0300 100 0303 if you have any questions about the planning application or the committee and we look forward to seeing you on Thursday morning
